Executive Director, Taungya join the meeting with project staff
Monthly Staff Coordination Meeting of March 2023 under OLHF Project held today at Meeting Room, Taungya
On March 29, 2023, a monthly staff coordination meeting was organized at the Taungya head office located on Rajbari Road in Rangamati. The meeting was chaired by Project Coordinator Kuldip Roy and moderated by PMEO. Lobby & Advocacy Officer, Accountant, and Project Facilitators from three Upazilas (Bagheisori, Borkol, and Bileisori) participated in the meeting. Additionally, the Executive Director (ED) joined the meeting after the first half hour.
During the meeting, the Project Facilitators shared updates on the progress made in their respective upazilas in accordance with the monthly activity plan. The team also discussed and evaluated various implementation challenges that were encountered and formulated a strategy to address these issues for the following month.

The primary items of discussion during the meeting included monitoring and evaluation matters, challenges related to the unavailability of project funds and issues surrounding implementation, preparation of the quarterly report, and the development of an action plan for the upcoming month of April.
